Our chemical peel and BioRePeel® 35% treatments involve applying a solution to the skin to exfoliate and remove the outermost layer of dead skin cells. The purpose of a chemical peel and/ or BioRePeel® 35% facial peel treatment is to improve the skin's appearance by reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation and more. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy By booking an appointment with Fainahlee, you agree to the following policies. Refunds & Returns Fainahlee does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable, and products cannot be returned once they leave the premises. Late Arrivals Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, your treatment will still end at the scheduled time and the full service cost will apply. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to the next available slot, with a £5 late rescheduling fee applied if rescheduled again. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £10 fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Uncontrollable Circumstances If an appointment must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as power outages or severe weather), it will be rescheduled with no fee or penalty.
