Our chemical peel and BioRePeel® 35% treatments involve applying a solution to the skin to exfoliate and remove the outermost layer of dead skin cells. The purpose of a chemical peel and/ or BioRePeel® 35% facial peel treatment is to improve the skin's appearance by reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation and more. The benefits of our chemical peel treatments include: - Improved skin texture and tone - Reduced fine lines and wrinkles - Reduced hyperpigmentation that may be caused by: - Acne scars, Cystic acne, Mild acne and Dull skin Fainahlee Chemical Peels Procedure includes: - Consultation - Cleanse - Exfoliate - Extractions - Chemical peel/ Green Peel - Application of Serums - Post-Procedure Care - Follow-Up Important notice: The effectiveness of chemical peels and/or BioRePeel® 35% treatment can vary depending on the individual and the condition being treated. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Fainahlee, we kindly ask all clients to respect our booking policies to ensure fairness for both our business and other clients. Deposits & Products All deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds or returns on purchased products. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than this, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule with a added £5 fee, and the full treatment amount will still apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours’ notice or more: No charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. No-shows: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. Responsibility & Impact Missed appointments impact our business and prevent other clients from booking available time slots. We appreciate your respect for our schedule and other clients. Sickness Policy If you are feeling unwell or sick, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Receiving a facial while sick is discouraged. We prioritise the health and wellbeing of everyone in our open space at Fainahlee. Circumstances Beyond Our Control In cases such as power outages, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived and appointments can be rescheduled without penalty. Severe Weather Policy Appointments cancelled due to unsafe travel conditions during severe weather may be exempt from cancellation fees. Agreement By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these policies.
