Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS Late Arrivals: With a 10 minute grace period, clients are expected to pay full amount. - Cancellations/Rescheduling: 24 hours' notice required. - Cancellations/Rescheduling within 48 hours: 50% charge. - No shows: 100% charge. Responsibility and Impact: Missed appointments affect business and other clients. Circumstances Beyond Control: Exempting clients from cancellation charges due to factors like power outages or adverse weather conditions.
