Our reset facial is personalised to your skin concerns and combines a deep double cleanse, vacuum and manual extractions, nano-infusion of targeted serums, LED therapy and barrier-supporting hydration to help refine texture, clear congestion and revive radiance. Finished with SPF protection, Fainahlee Skin Reset facial treatment leaves your skin feeling cleaner, smoother, brighter and deeply cared for, the perfect reset before an event, after a stressful season or whenever your skin needs renewed attention.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy By booking an appointment with Fainahlee, you agree to the following policies. Refunds & Deposits Fainahlee does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable, and products cannot be returned once they leave the premises. Deposits To secure an appointment, a booking deposit is required. Appointments up to 30 minutes require a £25 deposit. Appointments over 30 minutes require a £50–£100 deposit depending on treatment value. Late Arrivals Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, your treatment will still end at the scheduled time and the full service cost will apply. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to the next available slot, with a £10 late rescheduling fee applied. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £25 fee plus 50% of the reserved treatment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Uncontrollable Circumstances If an appointment must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as power outages or severe weather), it will be rescheduled with no fee or penalty.
