Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS Late Arrivals: With a 10 minute grace period, clients are expected to pay full amount. - Cancellations/Rescheduling: 24 hours' notice required. - Cancellations/Rescheduling within 48 hours: 50% charge. - No shows: 100% charge. Responsibility and Impact: Missed appointments affect business and other clients. Circumstances Beyond Control: Exempting clients from cancellation charges due to factors like power outages or adverse weather conditions. Rescheduling without penalties is allowed in such cases, showcasing the company’s understanding of unexpected events. Sickness : If you are sick or unwell,Please let us know to reschedule. Getting a facial while sick is discouraged. We prioritise everyone's well-being in our open space at Fainahlee. Inclement Weather Policy: Winter appointments canceled in less than 24 hours may be exempt from cancellation fees. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to adhere to these policies.
