Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES By booking with Fainahlee, you agree to our terms, conditions and policies. REFUNDS & RETURNS Fainahlee does not offer refunds or returns. Deposits are non-refundable. Treatments and products sold are non-refundable, and products that have left our premises cannot be returned. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Appointments up to 30 minutes are charged at booking. Appointments over 30 minutes require a £50–£100 deposit, depending on treatment value. For cancellations within the required notice period, deposits may be used towards treatment or held on your account for future treatments. Unclaimed deposits may be withheld after 12 months of inactivity. Special offers or discounted quotes are valid until the stated date or for 3 months from quotation. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a £25 fee plus 50% of the reserved service cost. No-shows are charged 100% of the reserved treatment cost. Clients are responsible for remembering appointments. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive charges where the original confirmation was received. Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your or our control, including power outages, unforeseen incidents or weather-related closure, will be rescheduled without a rescheduling fee. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, treatment will still finish at the scheduled time and the full cost applies. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be rescheduled to the next available appointment with a £10 fee. FEELING UNWELL If you are sick or unwell, please contact us to reschedule. Facials while unwell are not recommended. As Fainahlee is an open space, we ask clients to help protect everyone’s well-being. TREATMENT COURSES & PROGRAMMES Courses, plans and programmes must be paid in full before the first treatment and completed within 12 months. Unused treatments after 12 months are forfeited. Prepaid treatments are non-refundable. If suitability changes, a credit note or gift voucher may be offered after deducting treatments taken and applicable non-attendance charges. TREATMENT SUITABILITY We assess suitability before treatment. If unsuitable, you will only be liable for the initial consultation cost, where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse treatment based on unsuitability.
