Our microneedling facial, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a skin rejuvenation procedure that involves using a device with tiny needles to create small punctures in the skin. The microneedling treatment stimulate's the body's natural healing response and promote the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for healthy, youthful-looking skin. During the microneedling facial, our trained aesthetician will use a handheld device with small, sterile needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. These punctures are so small that they are invisible to the naked eye, but they are sufficient to stimulate the body's natural healing response. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Fainahlee, we kindly ask all clients to respect our booking policies to ensure fairness for both our business and other clients. Deposits & Products All deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds or returns on purchased products. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than this, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule with a added £5 fee, and the full treatment amount will still apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours’ notice or more: No charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. No-shows: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. Responsibility & Impact Missed appointments impact our business and prevent other clients from booking available time slots. We appreciate your respect for our schedule and other clients. Sickness Policy If you are feeling unwell or sick, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Receiving a facial while sick is discouraged. We prioritise the health and wellbeing of everyone in our open space at Fainahlee. Circumstances Beyond Our Control In cases such as power outages, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived and appointments can be rescheduled without penalty. Severe Weather Policy Appointments cancelled due to unsafe travel conditions during severe weather may be exempt from cancellation fees. Agreement By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these policies.
